This program includes a wide spectrum of skills necessary for anyone working in an office environment. Upon completion of this program, you will be equipped to successfully complete a variety of duties using your newly acquired skills in computer software, filing, data entry, computerized bookkeeping, research abilities, effective communication and customer service.
This program takes approximately 8 months (875 hrs) to complete.

Pre-requisite: Passing the TABE placement test at 7.0 level or higher, presentation of a valid government issued I.D., a high school diploma or transcripts from an accredited institution or an HSE/GED®.
To earn an Administrative Support Certificate the following courses are required:
- Professional Employment Preparation
- Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Office Accounting (pre–requisite for QuickBooks)
- Business Communications (including PowerPoint 2016)
- Office Records Information Management
The successful completion of these courses will give you the confidence you need and prepare you for the demands of today’s job market.
