All CTE classes require a valid, government issued I.D., a high school diploma from an accredited institution or a HSE® (high school equivalency). Additionally, you must pass a Level A TABE test with a minimum 7.0 grade level to enroll.
It's easy to register for Career Technical Education classes. Just follow the guidelines below:
Call our CTE Business Department at 559.327.2853 for further information, dates for the entrance exam, orientation, pre-registration and schedule a TABE test or join our Informational ZOOM Meeting on selected Mondays for information about the CTE Business Programs, Agency and Financial Aid opportunities, dates for the entrance exam, orientation and pre-registration as well as live Questions and Answer session.
Individuals sponsored by an outside agency, such as the California Department of Rehabilitation, Workforce Connection (WIOA), or Veterans Affairs, must provide a proof of eligibility or a contract with the name and information of the approved student. This documentation must state the approval of the named program and the intent to pay for program fees, services and books. Students that have received a DWC job displacement approval form from Workers’ Compensation should contact their claims adjuster if there are questions regarding the DWC form.
